and prepare ethnic North Indian Veg/Non Veg dishes like daal, experience in
tandoori oven, chicken tikka/masala, chicken makhani, mutter paneer,
navaratan kurma, palak paneer, plan menus, estimate food consumtion,
purchase supplies & requirements,develop & menus; assist in media/marketing;
organize seminars & training in cooking; Req: associate degree + 3 yrs. exp.
